Rigidax^® Thermoplastic Encapsulant/Filler is the choice of the major turbine OEMs [R-R,P&W, GE] who wish to use a non-metallic medium that does not contaminate.

• Rigidax^® is non-hazardous.
• Will not contaminate.
• Non-metallic.
• Pourable.
• Re-usable.
• Water Soluble (WS).
• Water Insoluble (WI) Not affected by prolonged exposure to liquid coolants.
• Rigidax^® as an encapsulant is normally poured into a fixture containing the component to be machined.
• Rigidax^® also has an application as a filler, whereby it is poured into a tube, or barrel to eliminate the effects of machining a thin walled flexible part.
• For those using Bismuth based encap alloys who are looking to reduce the high costs, there is a less costly alternative that does not require the decontamination process, which is eliminated by using Rigidax^®.
• Fills approximately 600% more volume than alloy fillers, and is considerably lighter.
